Suggestions:

::forums - Will take you to forums

::vote - Will take you to runelocus or any other website like that to vote.

::redeem - Goes with vote after you vote.

Making ::item also ::Item (capital "i") because it can get sort of annoying sometimes xD.

I think Havock would be better off as an economy server because people like economy servers now-a-days then pk/spawn servers.

Adding codes like ::edge so it is easier to get to edge for pking and such.

Once voting gets added in, i think there should be a vote shop, and in the voteshop could be rares (like party hats, hween' masks, etc.).
